Terms & Conditions

The service

TheInfinder provides an AI agent that plans creator campaigns and coordinates paid posts with creators on X and LinkedIn.

Your account

You must give accurate details, including a working phone number, and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Packages and payment

• Packages must be paid before a campaign is submitted.
• Each package covers one campaign.
• Guarantee: if a campaign misses the impressions or engagement stated in its package, you don't pay for it. Eligible amounts are refunded.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to promote the products you submit. We may decline campaigns that are illegal, misleading or harmful.

AI plans

AI-generated plans and estimates are recommendations, not promises, except where a package guarantee applies.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected package.
