How to request deletion

Email privacy@theinfinder.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data".

What we delete

• Your account, profile and phone number.
• Your agent plans, campaign briefs and submissions.
• Sign-ins connected through Google or Microsoft.

What we may keep

Payment records we must keep by law, kept only as long as required.

Timing

We confirm your request within 3 business days and finish deletion within 30 days.
